**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute ETL test plans and scenarios tailored for GxP-compliant environments and life sciences projects.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and integrity checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA regulations, GAMP guidelines).
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including developers, data engineers, and business analysts, to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks for ETL processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses related to data quality and compliance issues.
- Document test results, defects, and findings in accordance with GxP documentation standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices related to data integrity and validation in life sciences.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in ETL testing with a focus on GxP and life sciences projects.
- Strong understanding of GxP regulations and requirements applicable to data management in life sciences and healthcare domains.
- Proficiency in ETL testing tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend) and SQL scripting for data validation and analysis.
- Experience with data validation and quality assurance processes in regulated environments.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and GAMP 5 guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications (Additional)**:

- Prior experience working on ETL projects within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries.
- Knowledge of laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester) or relevant GxP training/certifications.
- Experience with cloud-based ETL platforms (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory) in a regulated environment.
