Job Title: Solar Sales Executive

Department: Sales

Location: Nashik

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar energy products and solutions.
- Conduct site assessments and analyze customer energy needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and financial incentives.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to solar energy.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales (solar or renewable energy preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Technical understanding of solar systems (on-grid/off-grid, hybrid, inverters, panels, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficient with CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Monthly/quarterly sales targets achieved.
- Customer acquisition and retention rate.
- Conversion rate from leads to closed deals.
- Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.

Compensation:

- Competitive base salary + attractive commission structure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
