**About the Role**:
**Note**:

- **This is a Work from Office role based in Pune. Excellent communication skills are mandatory.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Branding Support**: Assist in executing recruitment marketing and social media campaigns to enhance Organization presence.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Prepare hiring reports, maintain interview feedback, and support documentation efforts.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Any graduate (non-MBA)
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- **Tech Skills**: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word), job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn is a plus
- **Organization**: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay detail-oriented
- **Attitude**: Energetic, proactive, and comfortable interacting with people

**Good to Have**:

- Internship or past experience in recruitment/HR
- Basic knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
