**What your life at Litmus will be like**:
- Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, interviews and events.
- Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Keeping track of all phone calls and visitors daily.
- Data entry, listings, etc.
- Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Maintain basic employee data and ensure a smooth joining process for new joiners
**What would you bring to Litmus**:
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong communication skills.
- Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Entering and updating company, employee, and client records.
