हम एक कुशल और अनुभवी बिजली मिस्त्री की तलाश में हैं जो हमारी टीम में शामिल हो सके। बिजली मिस्त्री विभिन्न विद्युत प्रणालियों की स्थापना, रखरखाव और मरम्मत के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा। इस भूमिका के लिए विद्युत सुरक्षा नियमों और विनियमों की गहरी समझ, समस्या-समाधान कौशल और विस्तार पर ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता है।

**जिम्मेदारियाँ**:

- इमारतों और अन्य संरचनाओं में नई विद्युत वायरिंग, फिक्स्चर और नियंत्रण प्रणालियों की स्थापना।
- मौजूदा विद्युत प्रणालियों का निरीक्षण और समस्या निवारण ताकि खराबी की पहचान की जा सके और आवश्यक मरम्मत की जा सके।
- विद्युत उपकरणों और उपकरणों का रखरखाव और मरम्मत, जैसे मोटर, ट्रांसफार्मर, जनरेटर, और नियंत्रण।
- विद्युत सुरक्षा कोड और मानकों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
- विद्युत योजनाओं और ब्लूप्रिंट को पढ़ना और व्याख्या करना।
- उपकरणों और सर्किटों का परीक्षण करने के लिए विभिन्न परीक्षण उपकरणों (जैसे मल्टीमीटर, कंटिन्यूटी टेस्टर) का उपयोग करना।
- विद्युत समस्याओं का निदान और कुशल समाधान प्रदान करना।
- ग्राहकों के साथ प्रभावी ढंग से संवाद करना और विद्युत मुद्दों और मरम्मत के बारे में स्पष्टीकरण देना।
- सुरक्षा प्रक्रियाओं का पालन करना और व्यक्तिगत सुरक्षा उपकरण (पीपीई) का उपयोग करना।
- मरम्मत और रखरखाव के कार्यों का सटीक रिकॉर्ड रखना।
- अन्य तकनीकी कर्मचारियों के साथ सहयोग करना।
- आवश्यकतानुसार आपातकालीन मरम्मत कार्य करना।
**योग्यताएँ और कौशल**:

- किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से बिजली मिस्त्री में आईटीआई (औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान) प्रमाण पत्र या समकक्ष।
- 2 वर्षों का बिजली के काम का सिद्ध अनुभव।
- विद्युत सुरक्षा कोड और स्थानीय विनियमों का गहरा ज्ञान।
- विद्युत प्रणालियों, उपकरणों और घटकों की अच्छी समझ।
- उत्कृष्ट समस्या-समाधान और निदान कौशल।
- विद्युत योजनाओं और ब्लूप्रिंट को पढ़ने और समझने की क्षमता।
- विभिन्न विद्युत परीक्षण उपकरणों का उपयोग करने की क्षमता।
- मजबूत शारीरिक फिटनेस और ऊंचाई पर और तंग स्थानों में काम करने की क्षमता।
- विस्तार पर अच्छा ध्यान और उच्च स्तर की सटीकता।
- उत्कृष्ट संचार और पारस्परिक कौशल।
- सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूक और सुरक्षा प्रक्रियाओं का पालन करने की प्रतिबद्धता।
- टीम के सदस्य के रूप में प्रभावी ढंग से काम करने की क्षमता।
