**Job Title**: Electrician & CCTV Technician

**Location**: Motiaz Royal Bussiness park ,Zirakpur

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: 10k to 25k per month
**Experience Required**: 1+ years
**Education**: Diploma/ITI in Electrical or related field

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Electrical Duties**:

- Install, maintain, and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, control systems, and panels.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

**CCTV & Security Systems Duties**:

- Install CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and access control devices.
- Configure and troubleshoot security systems and related network connections.
- Monitor and maintain the functionality of installed equipment.
- Provide support for system upgrades and changes.
- Train clients or users on system functionality if required.

**Requirements**:

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an electrician and/or CCTV technician.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems and safety procedures.
- Familiarity with different types of CCTV systems and networking basics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors.
- May require lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Willing to travel to various job sites.
