Vacancy at Global Care Foundation

We are looking for a diligent Program Officer to lead our Prisoner Release Project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan prison visits and prepare monthly/weekly schedules.
- Allocate cases to team members based on priority and capacity.
- Track case progress at each stage from initiation to closure.
- Maintain and update daily team schedules and activities.
- Timely approve and update cases on the MIS system.
- Draft monthly reports outlining project progress and challenges.
- Maintain complete and organized case documentation from start to end.
- Conduct regular audits of MIS files and physical records.
- Suggest and implement improvements for operational efficiency and project scaling.

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Law, Social Work, Public Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in program management or legal aid projects preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MIS and data management systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Marathi is a must.

**Salary**: Upto 30k per month (slightly negotiable)

Location: Fort, CSMT
