**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement customizations within the Zoho suite.
- Develop and maintain workflows, automation, and integrations to improve operational efficiency.
- Stay informed about Zoho updates, new features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for integrations and technical support when necessary.
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security to ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain documentation of Zoho configurations, customizations, and processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Zoho Administrator.
- Solid understanding of CRM best practices and data management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (such as Deluge) for customization and workflow automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with end-users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Zoho certifications are a plus.
- Experience with other CRM or cloud-based platforms is advantageous.
