SAP Fieldglass - 7 years with end-to-end implementation experience
- **Configuration and Customization**:Customize and configure the SAP Fieldglass module, ensuring alignment with the company's external workforce management and services procurement needs.
- **Technical and Functional Specifications**:Develop detailed specifications for Fieldglass enhancements, emphasizing seamless integration with SuccessFactors, Ariba, and S/4 Mini Master.
- **End-to-End Enhancement Execution**:Guide the entire SAP Fieldglass enhancement lifecycle, ensuring integration with SuccessFactors, Ariba, and S/4 Mini Master for a unified business solution.
- **Integration Expertise**:Spearhead and manage the enhancement of Fieldglass's integration with SuccessFactors (for talent management), Ariba (for procurement processes), and S/4 Mini Master (for centralized data management), ensuring consistent data flow and functionality.
- **Data Synchronization**:Oversee the synchronization of data across Fieldglass, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and S/4 Mini Master, guaranteeing data accuracy and cohesion following any enhancement.
- **Training and User Onboarding**:Facilitate training sessions and workshops, introducing users to the enhanced capabilities of Fieldglass, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and S/4 Mini Master.
- **System Testing**:Collaborate with testing teams to conduct comprehensive testing phases for the enhancements, ensuring the integrated system meets both business and technical requirements.
- **Support and Troubleshooting**:Deliver consistent post-enhancement support, resolving any integration or functional issues to ensure smooth operations across modules.
- **Documentation**:Create meticulous documentation on enhancement processes, workflows, and data mapping between the systems, serving as a valuable reference for both technical and non-technical users.
