**Role: Partnership Associate**
**Location: Gurgaon**
**Experience: 1-4 Yrs**
**The Role**
- Effectively manage a pipeline, generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential partnership channels
- Qualify and speak to inbound partnerships requests generated
- Represent us while engaging with new clients, educating, and optimizing for value and brand awareness
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and work collaboratively with the product and business development teams
- Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
- Partner with other teams to provide market intelligence that enables better
- Decision-making in strategic areas like product development, product improvement, and market strategies among other things

- Identify the prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and thrive in the startup ecosystem
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
- Report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Ability to persuade, lead, and confidently handle objections and resolve customer issues
- Showcase Ownership of the clientele/leads assigned
- Entrepreneurial spirit, hunger for knowledge, and passion for creating value for the customer
**Qualifications**
- 1-4 years of SDR experience or Partnership, with a history of exceeding lead targets is preferred
- Strong communication and written and skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and managing CRM
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
- Excel at relationship-building, and are effective at collaborating with others
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skill
- Excel at relationship-building, and are effective at collaborating with others
- High independence and ability to learn quickly in a new environment or function
- Strong desire and ability to move up within business development team
**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Joining bonus
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
