**Estimate Preparation**:

- Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to understand the scope of work.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Review and assess tender documents, contracts, and other related documentation.
- **Cost Analysis**:

- Conduct cost comparison and analysis of subcontractor and supplier quotes.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Develop and maintain a cost database for benchmarking and future reference.
- **Quantity Takeoffs**:

- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs for materials required for each phase of the project.
- Measure and calculate the total quantities of materials, labor, and equipment needed.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify and assess potential risks that could impact project costs.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and present detailed reports on project estimates, budgets, and timelines to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates, contracts, and correspondence.
- Update estimates as project scopes change or new information becomes available.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure alignment on project goals and budgets.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and other external parties to obtain competitive pricing and ensure project requirements are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5- 7 years of experience in quantity estimating, cost estimation, or quantity surveying in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in estimating software and strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹52,220.65 per month
