**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Structural Design**:

- Develop detailed structural designs for precast, steel, RCC, and PB (Pre-Engineered Building) structures.
- Analyze load calculations, stress factors, and structural stability as per project requirements.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with architects, MEP designers, and project managers to ensure designs align with project goals.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure the feasibility of design execution on-site.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Create detailed structural drawings using software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, or Tekla.
- Perform finite element analysis and simulations as needed.
- **Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure all designs meet IS Codes, local building codes, and safety standards.
- Prepare documentation for design approval, permits, and compliance verification.
- **Technical Support**:

- Provide technical inputs during the execution phase of the project.
- Inspect sites to verify structural integrity and adherence to designs.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance for complex structural projects.
- Support the preparation of proposals, cost estimation, and design presentations for clients.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. A Master's degree is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in structural design, specifically in PB (Pre-Engineered Building) and RCC structures.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of structural design codes (IS Codes, ACI, Eurocodes, etc.).
- Expertise in design software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, Tekla, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Familiarity with material specifications (steel, concrete, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
