**Location**:Bangalore

**Education**: MSc / BSc in Food Technology, Microbiology, or any related field.

**Experience**: 2+ years of experience in food quality control, preferably in FMCG or retail food sector.
- Ensure that all dates, nuts, stuffed products, and other food items are stored and displayed under hygienic and appropriate conditions.
- Regularly inspect product quality, packaging, labeling, and expiry dates.
- Conduct scheduled and visits to stores to perform quality audits.
- Verify storage conditions, cleanliness, FIFO practice, and customer-ready product standards.
- Train store staff and Warehouse staff on food safety practices, product handling, and hygiene standards.
- Guide teams on how to reduce product wastage, manage expiry, and maintain product freshness.
- Prepare quality inspection reports and escalate any non-compliance or deviation to the concerned departments.
- Maintain logs of inspections, training conducted, and corrective actions taken.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, procurement, and store teams to ensure smooth product flow and consistent quality standards.
- Liaise with suppliers for product quality concerns, if required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
