**Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and driven **Data Scientist - Generative AI Engineer** to join our AI Research and Development department. In this role, you will work with advanced AI models to design, implement, and enhance generative AI solutions. You will help improve the accuracy, scalability, and overall performance of models that drive decision-making for high-stakes real estate investment and financing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Analysis & Integration**: Analyze large, complex datasets and integrate relevant data into generative models for improved outcomes and performance. Develop scalable AI solutions using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- **Model Testing & Optimization**: Evaluate and optimize the performance of generative models, ensuring accuracy, stability, and efficiency in production environments.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with AI researchers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with broader business and AI development goals.
- **Prompt Engineering**: Contribute to prompt design and refinement for LLMs to ensure they are optimized for real-world use cases.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed documentation of model architecture, design decisions, testing protocols, and results to facilitate ongoing improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong programming proficiency in Python or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and NLP tools (spaCy, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Knowledge of LLM architectures (GPT, BERT, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and scalable ML pipelines.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Strong problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. Proven ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business insights.
- **Self-Starter**: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and proactively drive initiatives forward.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in Generative AI, LLMs, or prompt engineering.
- Continuous interest in advancing AI and ML knowledge through learning and research.
