Should be able to Prepare GFC Drawing such as setting out plan, centre line plan, all floor plans, section, elevation, details of lift lobby staircase, kitchen, toilet, electrical layout, furniture layout, Open Footings, Retaining Walls Raft, S.T.P., Pump room & car pit, rain water harvesting Piling etc.
- Co-ordinate with Architectural team, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultant, site team etc.
- Preparing area statement like MOFA carpet area, Rera carpet area, BUA etc.
- Inspecting the work done as per approved GFC drawings.
- Visiting the site for checking before casting of slabs and critical designs.
- Explaining the Execution team at site (Engineers) about the project and ensure a complete understanding of the scope, details, and concept of drawings.

Numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents of projects

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
