**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Drafting and Detailing**:

- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for construction and engineering projects based on specifications and requirements.
- Revise and update CAD drawings to reflect design changes and project requirements.
- Ensure that all technical drawings and plans comply with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and ensure accuracy in designs.
- Participate in design meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to optimize project outcomes.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure cohesive designs and adherence to project schedules.
- **Quality Control**:

- Review completed drawings for accuracy and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits if necessary to gather data for as-built drawings or verify measurements.
- Identify and rectify potential design issues in coordination with engineers and designers.
- **Documentation and Filing**:

- Maintain an organized filing system for all project documents, including drawings, design revisions, and specifications.
- Update project documentation as changes occur and ensure all records are up to date and accessible.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience as an AutoCAD Draughtsman in the construction or engineering industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and familiarity with other CAD software like Revit or SolidWorks is a plus.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with other design software (e.g., SketchUp, Navisworks).
- Knowledge of industry codes, standards, and construction practices.
- Ability to interpret and understand architectural and engineering drawings.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
