Job Summary:
The Junior CCTV Technician assists in the installation, maintenance, and repair of surveillance systems. This entry-level position provides an opportunity to learn and develop skills in CCTV technology and security systems under the guidance of experienced technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Installation Support**: Assist in the installation of CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment as directed by senior technicians.
- **Maintenance**: Participate in routine maintenance checks and inspections to ensure proper functioning of surveillance systems.
- **Troubleshooting Assistance**: Help diagnose and troubleshoot basic issues with CCTV systems under supervision.
- **Documentation**: Maintain records of installations and service activities, including documenting system configurations and client interactions.
- **Client Interaction**: Support senior technicians in communicating with clients to understand their security needs and assist in addressing inquiries.
- **Equipment Management**: Assist in managing inventory of tools and equipment required for installations and repairs.
- **Learning and Development**: Continuously learn about new technologies and best practices in CCTV installation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in electronics, telecommunications, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Some experience in electrical,electronics or technical roles is preferred, but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Basic understanding of CCTV systems and components.
- Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in installations.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
