**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop, design, and post engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories) for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and update social media accounts, ensuring timely responses to comments and messages, and fostering positive interactions with our audience.
- **Strategy Development**: Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, and Google Analytics. Prepare monthly reports on key metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including collaborations, contests, and promotions to drive engagement and growth.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the photography and videography teams to align content with company goals and ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
- **Ad Management**: Create and manage paid social media campaigns to promote services, boost posts, and increase reach.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in the photography or creative industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe photoshop or Canva) and video editing software.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
