**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **inbound and outbound calls** to engage potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and **offer relevant VIP services**.
- Build and nurture **long-term client relationships**.
- Accurately **document all client interactions** using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with team members to **achieve monthly targets**.

**Who Should Apply?**
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months in telesales, preferably in a **B2C** environment.
- **Languages**: Fluency in **English and Hindi** is required. Knowledge of **Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Gujarati, or Bengali** is a strong plus.
- **Age Group**: 22 to 40 years.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, rapport-building, and persuasive sales ability.
- **Mindset**: Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve success.
