- Prepare the dialysis equipment and patient before treatment.
- Assess and record vital signs and weight before and after dialysis.
- Explain procedures to patients and provide emotional support.

Dialysis Treatment**:
- Operate dialysis machines and related equipment.
- Insert needles or catheters to access the patient’s blood.
- Monitor patients throughout the dialysis process for adverse reactions.
- Adjust fluid removal rates and ensure accurate documentation of treatment.
- **
Equipment Maintenance & Safety**:
- Sterilize and maintain dialysis equipment.
- Ensure all machines are in proper working order and report malfunctions.
- Follow infection control protocols strictly.
- **
Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate patient records and machine logs.
- Report any abnormalities or concerns to supervising medical staff.
- **
Team Collaboration**:
- Work collaboratively with nephrologists, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
- Participate in staff training, quality assurance, and audits as required.
- **
Patient Care & Ethics**:
- Uphold patient dignity, confidentiality, and rights at all times.
- Provide high standards of compassionate care.
