**Job Title**: TDS & GST Executive
**Experience Required**: 2 Years
**Salary Range**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Location**: Vile Parle (East) Mumbai, Maharashtra

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **TDS Compliance**:

- Ensure timely deduction and deposit of TDS as per statutory guidelines.
- Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q/26Q) with accuracy.
- Reconcile TDS liabilities with books of accounts and ensure compliance with notices and updates.
- Generate and distribute Form 16/16A to vendors and employees.
- **GST Compliance**:

- Ensure accurate calculation and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns).
- Conduct GST reconciliation for input tax credit (ITC) with vendor invoices.
- Address GST-related notices and queries from tax authorities.
- Monitor changes in GST regulations and implement them in business processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and filings for audit and reference purposes.
- Assist the accounts team in preparing reports related to TDS and GST for management review.
- Liaise with external auditors and consultants to resolve compliance-related matters.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in TDS and GST compliance, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulatory frameworks related to TDS and GST.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
