We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Academy Coordinator** to drive the onboarding and operational success of training academies on the EduBridger platform.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, ensuring quality, and elevating partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

**Academy Onboarding & Orientation**
- Identify prospective academies and facilitate platform registration
- Conduct onboarding sessions to guide new partners through tools and processes

**Course Review & Quality Control**
- Validate course information, structure, and compliance before publishing
- Coordinate with academies to improve content alignment with EduBridger standards

**Operational Support & Relationship Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for academy partners
- Ensure smooth platform usage, including timely responses to support queries
- Monitor activity to ensure adherence to service-level expectations

**Feedback & Service Enhancement**
- Collect feedback from academies to drive product and process improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement enhancements that improve academy satisfaction and learner outcomes

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in education, edtech, operations, or partner coordination preferred
- Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and customer success
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with professionalism and empathy
- Tech-savvy and eager to work with digital platforms

**Bonus Skills**
- Familiarity with course curation, LMS tools, or QA processes
- Prior experience in B2B onboarding, account management, or support roles

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Customer support: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing & Support: 1 year (preferred)
