**Job Summary**:
The **Sales Executive - NVOCC Division** will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and driving revenue growth in ocean freight services (FCL/LCL). The role demands a proactive, relationship-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the NVOCC industry and market dynamics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business leads and expand the customer base for NVOCC and ocean freight services.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Identify potential clients, understand their logistics needs, and offer tailored service solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHAs, and logistics partners.
- Negotiate competitive rates and service contracts with customers and vendors.
- Coordinate with the operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Stay updated on freight rates, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Participate in customer meetings, networking events, and trade fairs to enhance business visibility.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **NVOCC operations, container shipping, and export/import procedures.**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in **Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Business**).
- **2-4 years of relevant sales experience** in NVOCC, Freight Forwarding, or Shipping Line.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client acquisition.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
