**Job Title**: Housekeeping Staff

We need a housekeeping team at Aqua Beaumont, a prestigious high-rise building in the heart of Topsia, Kolkata. The team should maintain the cleanliness and hygiene that the residents expect.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Housekeeping**:

- Meticulously clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators and stairs, roof, driveways, parking, amenities, etc.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of resident floors, ensuring dust-free surfaces, and well-maintained restrooms.
- Collection & segregation of daily solid waste & its disposal
- **Specialized Cleaning Tasks**:

- Conduct thorough cleaning of high-traffic areas, such as the Gym, Children's play areas, swimming pool, Washrooms, Community hall, etc.
- Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks,
- Assist with post-event cleaning and sanitization.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 10th passed
- Physical fitness to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Should be able to Read and speak - Bengali, Hindi
- 2 Wheeler/Cycle/Scooty preferred
- Age - 32-36

**Benefits & Duty Hours**:
1st Shift at 7.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.

2nd Shift at 112 noon. to 8.00 p.m.

Salary - Rs 8000 to Rs.9000 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- Housekeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
