- Account Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other financial documents. Budgeting and Forecasting: Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes by collecting and analyzing financial data.
- Data Entry: Accurately entering financial data into accounting software and other relevant systems.
- Auditing: Assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and company policies. General Administrative Tasks: Handling correspondence, managing files, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
- Skills and Qualifications: Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is often required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP), Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and other relevant financial tools.
