**4.Research and Analysis**: Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers, analyze pricing, and evaluate product quality.

**5. Documentation**: Maintaining accurate records of purchases, contracts, and agreements.

**6. Budget Monitoring**: Assisting in budget management by tracking expenses related to procurement activities.

**7. Coordination**: Collaborating with internal teams such as finance, logistics, and operations to streamline the procurement process.
