**Key Responsibilities**:
- Establish, maintain, and improve management information systems (MIS) across departments.
- Analyze existing systems to identify gaps and inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions to optimize performance.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure system requirements and integrations meet business needs.
- Develop and implement MIS reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools to support decision-making and business strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly, ensuring smooth operations.
- Provide support in data analysis and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and relevance for management.
- Monitor and assess system usage, gathering feedback to make improvements and enhance user experience.
- Create and maintain documentation of MIS processes, policies, and systems.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in MIS to suggest improvements.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of establishing and improving MIS systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of databases, data management, and reporting tools.
- Experience in collaborating with development vendors and internal teams for system integrations and improvements.
- Ability to identify system gaps and inefficiencies, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with vendors, teams, and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL or Python is a plus.
- Exposure to automation tools for reporting and data processing.
