**Job Details**:

- The opening is for Live Scribing i.e. to document doctor-patient encounters in real-time.
- Role requires working in 9 hours of **Night shift **anytime between **5:00 PM to 6:00 AM**, from our Office premise.
- 5 days a week.
- Pick/Drop will be provided depending on your shift timing.
- 4 months of Training. During which you will get a gross salary of INR 2.32 lacs, that would give you a net take-home of INR 15000/- monthly.
- After successfully completing the Training, your gross salary will be revised to INR 4.80 lacs, which will give you a net take-home of INR 30000/- monthly.
- After 6 months of the last revision, the revised CTC will be INR 5.40 lacs, approximate take-home of INR 34000/-.

**Responsibilities**:

- Observational Assistance: Accompany healthcare providers during patient encounters to observe and document medical histories, physical examinations, diagnostic test results, and treatment plans.
- Real-time Documentation: Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems to accurately transcribe and input clinical information during patient visits.
- Data Entry and Organization: Ensure timely and accurate entry of patient data into EMR systems, maintaining confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations.
- Communication Support: Facilitate communication between healthcare providers and other members of the healthcare team by relaying information accurately and efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in reviewing and verifying medical documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
