**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient **Medical Scribe** to assist physicians by documenting patient encounters in real time. The scribe will ensure accurate, timely, and comprehensive medical records, allowing healthcare providers to focus more on patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately document patient encounters in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) under physician supervision.
- Record patient history, physical exam findings, lab results, procedures, and treatment plans.
- Organize and manage medical documents including diagnostic reports and discharge instructions.
- Review and edit notes for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to clarify any discrepancies in documentation.
- Keep track of physician preferences and workflows to improve efficiency.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related medical field preferred.
- Good understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Typing speed of at least 40-60 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Familiarity with EHR systems (like EPIC, Cerner, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Willingness to work in shifts, especially for remote US-based clients.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a medical scribe, transcriptionist, or in clinical documentation.
- Certification as a Medical Scribe Specialist is a plus.
- Understanding of ICD-10 and CPT coding is beneficial.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
