**Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate - social media & Paid Marketing**

LurniGo is a single stop solution for landing an admission in your dream university for under graduation with end-to-end assistance throughout the college admission process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and oversee social media marketing strategies across various platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Create captivating content for social media channels in alignment with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, track significant metrics, and analyze data to enhance campaigns.
- Design and implement paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and paid advertising within a digital marketing or agency environment.
- A minimum of 1.5 years' experience in international digital marketing, preferably within an EdTech or technology company.
- Proficiency in crafting engaging social media content and managing paid marketing campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

**Job Type**:Permanent, Office-Based

**Job Location**: Pune, Maharashtra

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
