**Responsibilities**:
- Manage front desk, handle **incoming calls,** visitors, and correspondence
- Maintain **office supplies, inventory, and equipment**:
- Coordinate with **vendors and service providers**:
- Prepare and maintain **records, reports, and documentation**:
- **Assist in scheduling meetings and managing office calendars**:
- Handle courier, file management, and general office upkeep
- Support HR, Accounts, and other departments as needed
- Ensure smooth office operations with **accountability and professionalism**
**Requirements**:
- **1-2 years of relevant experience in office administration/coordination**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in **MS Office** (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- **Professional, punctual, and proactive attitude**
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
