- Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day activities of the team and monitor their performance.
- Guide and coach tele-callers to achieve and improve their performance.
- Set goals for the team and provide regular feedback and coaching on sales practices.
- Empower team members by enhancing their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Ensure the team meets daily sales targets.
- Build and scale the sales team as required.
- Motivate the team to achieve both team and organizational goals.
- Develop and implement timelines to achieve targets.
- Conduct or facilitate training sessions to maximize the potential of team members.

**Job Type**: Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
