Location : Panaiyur, ECR

I. Front Office and Billing Responsibilities:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer customer inquiries and address their concerns.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
- Process payments and generate invoices accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, taking messages and routing calls as needed.
- Sort and distribute mail and packages.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

II. Telecalling Responsibilities:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
- Identify and qualify leads based on their needs and interests.
- Follow up with leads to schedule showroom visits or product demonstrations.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Provide information about products, services, and promotions over the phone.
- Answer customer questions and address their concerns.
- Build rapport with customers and establish a positive customer relationship.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist sales staff with lead qualification and follow-up.
- Track and report on telecalling activities and results.

III. Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Minimum Graduation.
- Experience in a customer-facing role or tele calling is a plus.
- Knowledge of furniture and decor products is a plus.

Pay: From ₹18,600.00 per month
