Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design software
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Good organizational skills, strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Excellent eye for detail
- Effective and consistent communication with fellow designers, team leads, and supervisors.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Knowledge and experience in graphics, design, layout
- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design
- Background in Business-to-Business marketing
- Prior experience with market research or consulting is a plus
