SAMA: The Calm Mind Studio is a a newly opened mind-first studio in Whitefield. We conduct group classes in movement, breathwork and meditation for a calmer mind. At our first studio in the IT hub of Whitefield, we have carefully curated a serene ambience, experienced instructors and a program format that focuses on mental wellness.

Our class themes address common lifestyle concerns such as stress, anxiety, overthinking, poor quality of sleep etc. At the heart of each class is a calm mind practice drawn from Yoga or Zen philosophies. A gentle movement sequence to loosen the body precedes this.

Our members come from all age groups and have reported changes in their mental framework after attending our classes regularly.

We believe that a preventive care routine for the mind is as important as a preventive care routine for the body. We are also firm believers in the power of physical spaces to achieve this objective.

At SAMA, our vision is to be the preferred space for preventive mental wellness.

**Pilates Instructor**

We are looking to add a Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor to our team.

Good communication skills with the ability to logístically conduct classes at our Studio in Whitefield is mandatory.

Atleast 3-5 experience of leading group formats in Fitness Studios is necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 1 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
