Key Responsibilities:

Operations:

  1. Manage studio operations, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.
  2. Supervise staff, providing guidance and feedback.
  3. Monitor client feedback and resolve concerns.

Sales and Marketing:

  1. Drive client sales, achieving monthly targets.
  2. Devise strategies to retain clients.
  3. Develop and implement marketing initiatives.
  4. Build relationships with corporate partners and community organizations.

Financial Management:

  1. Manage budgets, controlling expenses and optimizing revenue.
  2. Analyze sales and membership data to inform business decisions.

Leadership:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of private trainers, group fitness instructors, and sales staff.
  2. Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve business objectives.
  3. Foster a positive, inclusive studio culture.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in hospitality/ Pilates studio or a related field.
  2. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proven sales and marketing expertise.

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. Experience with gym/ studio operations software.
  2. Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
  3. Familiarity with fitness programming and trends.

Working Hours:

Varied shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
