
Accounts & Admin Executive

We are looking for a highly organized **Accounts & Admin Executive** to manage financial tasks, expense tracking, vendor coordination, and administrative operations. The role includes handling payments, maintaining company assets, and ensuring timely bill settlements. **Own conveyance is mandatory** for local coordination.
**Key Responsibilities:Accounts & Financial Management**
- Manage expense records, process invoices, and ensure timely payments.
- Oversee vendor accounts, budgeting, and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with the finance team for audits and compliance.
**Administrative Operations**
- **Travel & Accommodation**: Arrange cost-effective travel and accommodations.
- **Fixed Asset Management**: Maintain records and conduct periodic audits.
- **Vendor & Bill Management**: Handle vendor coordination and recurring bill payments.
- **Courier & Documentation**: Track shipments and manage correspondence.
- **Office & Guest Management**: Maintain office supplies and guest arrangements.
- **Local Coordination**: Manage errands and logistics using own conveyance.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Experience in **accounts, administration, and expense tracking**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software**.
- Strong **organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills**.
- **Own conveyance (mandatory)** for local admin tasks.
**Preferred**: Experience in **corporate travel management, fixed asset tracking, or vendor coordination**.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
