**Responsibilities**:
1. Conceptualize, plan, and create engaging video content for YouTube channel(s), and Instagram in alignment with the channel's theme, target audience, and overall content strategy.

2. Research trending topics, keywords, and audience interests to develop compelling video ideas that resonate with the target demographic.

3. Script, film, and edit high-quality videos using professional equipment and editing software to ensure polished and visually appealing content.

4. Present videos on-camera with confidence, charisma, and authenticity, maintaining a consistent brand voice and personality throughout.

5. Collaborate with team members, including videographers, editors, and graphic designers, to produce cohesive and visually stunning content.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize video performance and grow channel audience.

7. Engage with the YouTube community by responding to comments, messages, and feedback, fostering a positive and interactive channel environment.

8. Monitor video analytics and performance metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as views, watch time, engagement, and subscriber growth.

9. Continuously experiment with new content formats, styles, and distribution strategies to innovate and improve channel growth and audience engagement.

10. Collaborate with brands, sponsors, and partners for sponsored content opportunities, brand integrations, and monetization initiatives.

11. Stay compliant with YouTube's community guidelines, copyright regulations, and other platform policies to ensure the channel's long-term success and sustainability.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, or related field preferred.

2. Proven experience as a YouTube content creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality videos and a significant subscriber base or viewership.

3. Proficiency in video production techniques, including filming, editing, and post-production, with experience using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

4. Excellent on-camera presence and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and connect with audiences authentically.

5. Strong storytelling abilities and creative thinking, with a keen understanding of audience preferences and trends in digital content consumption.

6. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts, including audience targeting, engagement tactics, and analytics tracking.

7. Passion for video production, content creation, and the YouTube platform, with a genuine interest in exploring new ideas and pushing creative boundaries

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
