**After-Sales Service & Support Executive - High-End Home Audio**
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support & Troubleshooting**
- Address customer queries and complaints related to product installation, performance, and maintenance.
- Diagnose product issues and offer effective solutions.
**Service Coordination & Repair Management**
- Coordinate **warranty claims, service requests, and repairs** with internal teams and authorized service centers.
- Maintain records of service requests, follow up on open cases, and ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure efficient problem-solving.
**Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain **long-term relationships** with customers by offering excellent after-sales service.
- Conduct **regular follow-ups** to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Educate customers on product care, maintenance, and optimal usage.
**Inventory & Spare Parts Management**
- Track spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability.
- Process service-related documentation, including invoices and repair reports.
**Feedback & Quality Improvement**
- Gather customer feedback on product performance and report issues to the technical and sales teams.
- Suggest improvements based on common customer concerns and service trends.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:
- Required: Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: Additional certifications in **audio systems, customer service, or technical support**.
**Experience**:
- 1+ years of experience in **after-sales service, customer support, or technical troubleshooting**.
- Prior experience in the **home audio, electronics, or luxury goods industry** is an advantage.
**Skills**:
- Strong technical knowledge of **home theater and audio systems**.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence.
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.
**Technical Proficiency**:
- Familiarity with **audio equipment setup, diagnostics, and repairs**.
- Basic understanding of **warranty policies and service protocols**.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
**Working Conditions & Benefits**:
