**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Support our global manufacturing systems landscape by running projects to deploy and maintain different solutions to sites around the world.
- Work with business partners to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Partner across IT to maintain, patch and upgrade production systems.
- Provide break-fix support and possible off-hours support.
- Maintain relevant technical documentation to ensure streamlined support and knowledge transfer within areas of responsibility.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Production, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience providing technology support in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with MES, Quality Control, CMMS, QMS, or labeling is a plus.
- Advanced investigation and problem-solving skills to solve problems. Determine root cause of issues and find a solution.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team at all levels.
- Excellent collaboration skills within a team, across other IT functions, and with business users.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities including good time management skills.

Pay: ₹30,789.86 - ₹40,586.99 per month
