**ob Description: Motion Graphic Artist**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization and Storyboarding**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for motion graphic projects.
- **Animation Production**: Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various digital platforms including social media, websites, and video content.
- **Graphic Design**: Design visually engaging assets such as logos, icons, and illustrations for use in motion graphics projects.
- **Motion Design**: Utilize animation techniques to bring static designs to life and enhance the overall visual appeal of digital content.
- **Video Editing**: Edit video footage, add motion graphics, and synchronize audio elements to produce polished and professional videos.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements and deadlines.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, and content creators, to ensure cohesive and integrated visual storytelling across all projects.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in motion graphics and animation to enhance skills and capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Artist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative motion graphics projects.
- **Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator.**:

- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and graphic design principles.
- Excellent creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling animations and designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of 3D animation and modeling software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya) is a plus.
