**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and highly skilled **Graphic Designer** to join our team. As a Graphic Designer at InstaMD Technology, you will play a key role in developing visual concepts, creating design assets, and maintaining a consistent visual identity across digital and print mediums. You will collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure that the design aligns with our brand’s goals and communicates effectively with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Produce high-quality graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, brochures, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- **Branding**: Ensure that all designs adhere to InstaMD Technology’s branding guidelines and contribute to building a consistent, recognizable brand identity.
- **Collaborative Design Process**: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and IT to understand the design requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- **Design Refinement**: Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users, ensuring the final output meets the highest quality standards.
- **Stay Updated on Design Trends**: Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technology to ensure our designs are innovative and on the cutting edge.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
- **Software Proficiency**: Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- **Understanding of Web Design**: Basic knowledge of web design principles and responsive design.
- **Typography & Layout Skills**: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail with an ability to execute precise designs and maintain brand consistency.
- **Portfolio**: A strong design portfolio showcasing previous work across various mediums (digital, print, social media).
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to clearly communicate design ideas and concepts with team members and stakeholders.
- **Creativity & Problem-Solving**: Ability to come up with innovative design solutions while considering both aesthetic appeal and functionality.

**Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)**:

- **Animation Skills**: Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- **Web Development Knowledge**: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or familiarity with website management tools is a plus.
- **Experience in the IT Sector**: Knowledge of the IT industry and its specific design needs, including software interfaces, tech services, and product-related marketing.

Pay: ₹8,434.89 - ₹25,000.00 per month
