**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and scheduling content (text, image, video) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and build community interactions.
- Research and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant content ideas.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns.
- Help analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights for improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms.
- Support in running paid ads and tracking results under the guidance of the marketing team.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Strong interest in social media marketing and online trends.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest).
- Basic understanding of content creation (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Creative mindset and an eye for detail.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a fast-paced startup environment.
