Asaino Private Limited is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team dedicated to promoting holistic health and wellness. As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our target audience, and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of digital marketing campaigns, including website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to track and measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Provide actionable recommendations to enhance digital marketing performance and achieve campaign goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
- Assist in the creation of reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of analysis.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for holistic health and wellness is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
