**What is Medical Record Summarization:

- **

Reviewing medical records and producing an accurate summary of the patient's medical history and treatment course to assess patient’s ability to return to work.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Review and summarize medical information such as Attending Physician Statements, lab reports, paramed exams, and/or other related underwriting information consistent per client specifications.
- Review case narratives & Queries on drug interaction and adverse effects on drugs.
- Detailed understanding of the medical terminology, body systems, human physiology, definitions of disease conditions, symptoms, medical tests/investigations, medications and treatment of all the body systems.
- Detect, Interpret and update the treatment related information from the case of the patient which enable to convert physical health information into Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Creating precise and informative medical summaries of patients.
- Interaction with managers regarding problem solving and understanding the process.
- Ability to analyze complex medical reports and medical history and treatment of the applicant independently and capture the relevant information in the medical summary needed for taking appropriate decision on the policy.
- Understand and capture all the information as per the guidelines significant from the Underwriter perspective.
- Good documentation skills, Medical and English writing skills required.
- Basic usage of MS Office.
- Ability to master several complex systems to extract relevant data.
- Good typing skills.

**Training Period: One month**

**Stipend During Training Period: INR 18,000 (Fifteen Thousand) per month.**

**Salary after Training Period: INR 20,000 (Twenty Thousand) per month CTC.**

**Minimum experience of 3 years in Medical Transcription**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 per month
