Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and prepared on time.
- Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
- Manage & supervise the team.
- Overseeing all kitchen operations.
- Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
- Coming up with new dishes and trying new recipes every now & then. Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh and also new ways of serving.
- Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
- Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.
- Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Keeping up to date with industry trends.
- Menu briefing to the service manager

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
