As a Design Associate at Aarambh Atelier, you will play a pivotal role in our creative team, contributing to the conceptualization and execution of innovative design solutions. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptual Design**:

- Work closely with the design team to develop creative and functional design concepts that align with client requirements and project objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to enhance the overall design process.
- **Drafting and Visualization**:

- Utilize design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools) to create detailed drawings and 3D visualizations.
- Prepare presentation materials to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and team members.
- **Material and Product Research**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and products in the design industry.
- Conduct research to identify suitable materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with project specifications and budget constraints.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and integrated design approach.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
- **Project Support**:

- Assist in the development of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Support project managers in coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of design projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in design, preferably in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.
