Job Title: Associate Design.
Required Experience: 2-4 years
**Job Description**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop innovative solutions for Men's Apparel, Casual & Smart Formal.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visual concepts that align with project goals.
- Conduct research to understand market trends and user preferences for design inspiration.
- Create prototypes and mockups to present design ideas to stakeholders and gather feedback.
- Ensure designs are user-friendly, visually appealing, and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and make necessary revisions for final implementation.
- Stay updated on design tools, techniques, and industry best practices for continuous improvement.
- Creation of Techpack or Design Specification Dockets
- Graphic design skills

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion/ Graphic Design
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong creative and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey design concepts effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
