**Job Requirement**:
a. Position will be responsible for managing of Training program for all AIN employees and will report to Head of Human Resources

b. To drive continuous learning process and employee talent development

c. Periodical Review & Manage Competency Management program across all the function

d. Responsible for Training Calendar

e. Design, deliver and co-ordinate training program with internal and external faculties.

f. Evaluation & assessment of effectiveness of training based on feedback.

g. Maintain Training records in line with ISO requirements and attend internal & external audits.

h. Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, Skill matrix, career paths and annual performance appraisals

i. Manage training budget

j. Create training materials and Manual.

k. Evaluate both internal and external faculty on the scale of trainers competency matrix

l. Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

m. Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary

n. Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
