**Description
To define, develop and deliver differentiated solutions and product offerings that focus on winning market share. This position manages the Offer Management for Power Products Offer Range ( Switchboards - Low Voltage) for the entire India. The role requires to also engage in the market analysis, reporting AMR, annual marketing plan, new product development / launch, building sales tools and pitch documents and build demand generation activity with the marcom team in the zone.

**Key Responsibilities: -**

1. Product marketing activities for Power Products Offer Range ( Low Voltage Product Range).

2. Product portfolio management including product strategy, product positioning, product road map, product launches etc to achieve profitable sales

3. Responsible for achieving top line and incremental price realization.

4. Drive Demand generation for this business

5. Tracking of competitor activities and devising local strategies

6. Creating training modules to equip sales fight competition

7. Create prescription tools to generate a preference for SEI products, thus realizing higher sales and better price realization.

8. Complete pricing activity for the offer.

9. Giving inputs to regional and global teams and participate in the product evolution projects.

10. Giving feedback to quality teams based on the product performance in the field.

11. Close coordination with regional teams to arrive at a 3 monthly forecast to ensure consistent deliveries with optimum inventory levels

**Education**: Engineering Business School Graduate (preferable)

**Job Related Experience**: 10 Years of experience in the field of Sales or pre-sales, Business development, preferably in same industry.

**Business Understanding**

Strong ability to visualize, identify trends in the market & formulate scenarios, should be able to work seamlessly with stakeholders (internal & external), understand market dynamics.

**Others **_(e.g. language skills, technical skills):_**

Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Ability to implement new initiatives,

Proven skills in the areas of strategy development, deployment and implementations

Excellent written and oral communication skills
